Horrible Experience? I went there last week about 1 hour before closure. The lady who did my nails did not allow the nails to dry. They were more interested in leaving the salon by 8pm. She and the man who took payment did not care that the nail polish wasn't dry and would look horrible within a matter of minutes. Typically, they take your money prior to nail polishing to avoid accidents. Well, she didn't and this made it even worst. Do not go to this nail salon!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK!!!!!
Beware. I had gel nails done last saturday, it lasted three days my nails are peeling off. I called the manager to explain very rude told me I had to pay. I told her that the nail tech Albee convinced me that the gel polish would last three weeks and that I was a client at the nail place. She did not care.
Not a very professional establishment. When I walked in, at 5:30 PM (they close at 7pm) It took them about five minutes or so to even say hello. They asked me if I had an appointment, I said no. (They have a sign on their door that says walk-ins are welcomed) I explained to them what I wanted, The girl was looking around, no one volunteered. She ended up asking someone, she had to repeat herself about three times before he even acknowledged the question. He then all of a sudden said no he can't help he has an appointment at 6 PM. She looked at me with a facial expression that basically said sorry nobody wants to help you. Thank you for encouraging me to never come back
Terrible customer service. They don't speak English! This Chinese guy I spoke to hang-up on me. Geez people this is America so try to learn how to speak the language.
Horrible experience! I wish there was an option for no star. Their customer service skills are all messed up. I made and appointment at 10am for 6pm. They just so happened to mistakenly take the person without appointment before me.. All the owner could do is giggle in my face & say only 15 more minutes. Disrespectful! I will never visit them again!
