I don't recommend this place, I can't believe this place has a 4 star rating...it must be friends and family ratings. "Money hungry is an understatement"... To do the short history, I went there for my regular Cleaning wish is covered by my insurance every 6 month. They didn't want to do it but they didn't tell me until the end. When I ask for an explanation, the assistant told me at the begining that the technician was not available and after they couldn't even find the correct response.They only are programed to recommend a deep cleaning wish cost a lot of money. Money is what the need!!!!!
The office manager straight-up LIED to my face to get me to agree to services that I did not need. They will give you a quote of all the things you "need" and quickly get you approved for a credit card so that they get as much money as they can from you. How was I approved for a credit card when I was a student working a part-time job? When I went in to have my crown fitted it was too big and they blamed me and told me it was because I bit down incorrectly. When I went back, the crown was STILL too big and Dr. Alina Castellanos just filed something down which led to a poor fit and discomfort for years. I returned for a check up and informed her about how food kept getting stuck inside the crown and she gave me attitude and asked me why I waited so long to tell her and simply recommended some flossing sticks, when, in fact, my issue was far more serious and directly caused by her poor treatment. Three years have passed and I have to get the same tooth fixed again because of the botched job that was performed. $2500+ down the drain. Avoid this place at all costs.
I recently visited this dental office. The service, attention and detail to my dental work was amazing. I would refer Miami Lakes Dental Center to anyone who looking to get any dental work done.
I like this place. Doctor Cabrera and the staff are very professional. Magda, the hygienist, is he best.
Regular patient of Dr. Castellano (who's the best Dentist in town), but this time I went in for a teeth whitening. I truly recommend this place to everyone. Everyone is very nice and professional. Martha was very knowledgeable and patient with me since I was freaking out about feeling so confined with all the preparation that takes place right before the whitening treatment starts. She was super sweet and was there every minute to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. My teeth came out super nice!!!
