horrible service. lady by the name of bonnie very unprofessional treated me horribly. never visiting this branch ever. everyone there looked angry as if they hated their jobs.
My experience was wonderful, idk who's the manager that hires their employeees but everyone is always smiling, which is great . Today kiara and Richard took care of me so fast and professional, they are always in a good mood that would make you question why am I even mad today . I've been with this bank for years now and plan on staying for good :)
Low amount of employees so it leads to long wait times when u go inside. Worst bank I been with, predatory overdraft fees accessed. I'm leaving this bank and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Horrible customer service, long waiting. Unprofessional, the bank has poor management, understanding customers should be priority. Bank manager should not give excuses why the service is so slow. Seems like employees forget the duties of a job tittle.
I am very dissatisfied with how twice this bank have manage to take my money base on their error. I no longer trust them with my money.
